* Did you know that grief impacts your nerves by constantly pushing you into your sympathetic nervous system? This in turn affects all other systems of the body. So this will be Session 1: The Nervous System. We will focus on clearing out fear, triggers, and anxiety and bring you back to regulation and into your parasympathetic nervous system.

* The Endocrine System is impacted as well, as your adrenals push harder under the extreme stress of grief. This is where the domino cascade happens, impacting everything from sleep, to weight gain, brain fog, and all the other disruptions we experience as the endocrine system struggles to keep you going. This is Session 2: The Endocrine System. We will focus on clearing out the shock, any metaphysical reasons for the cascade, as well as any faulty belief systems impacting you now.

* Emotions are stored in the body, and grief impacts the very foundation of our lives. We will explore hidden belief systems that impact our sense of security and moving forward in the world, our ability to let good in, and we’ll clear the stored emotions in the bones, fascia, and tendons of the body in Session 3: The Skeletal System.

Session 4 lastly focuses on the Digestive System, since this is our second brain. We will clear and heal any resistances to digesting what life has given us, clearing stuck emotions, stagnant energy, clearing energetic parasitic energies, and we’ll reconnect to our source of creative power and will. This session will also connect you to your gut instinct and intuition, which helps with connecting to your loved ones.


Energy work addresses the root cause of physical symptoms. It may feel hopeless and like it’s too late to address anything at the energetic level if physical conditions have already shown up, however it is my experience and belief that it’s never too late to address the root cause. In these sessions, we will support your energetic bodies to promote your own body’s natural healing abilities to reach balance once more.

The class replays are available in perpetuity, so you can repeat the sessions as you're led to. You don’t need to do anything in advance, just show up open and ready to invite healing energy in, and have the willingness to let old things go. I will walk you through the process, and all you need is pen and paper.
